Xiaomi’s flagship Xiaomi 12 series was released in the international market via a virtual event, as previously announced. The Xiaomi 12 products, however, are not the only ones that the Chinese company has unveiled in the event. Along with the Xiaomi 12 series, they have introduced the Watch Series S1 & TWS earbuds known as 3T Pro.
Xiaomi’s 12 series features a Snapdragon processor, UFS 3.1 storage, LPDDR5 RAM, and a 120Hz OLED display. Also, the series ships MIUI 13 software based on Android 12, a 50MP primary camera, and a 32MP front camera.
The wearables and hearables that go with it are also top-of-the-line. The Watch S1, for example, has a sapphire glass display, which isn’t frequent on OEM watches.
Xiaomi 12 series
The three Xiaomi 12 handsets- Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Xiaomi 12X, share Snapdragon SoCs, a 32MP selfie shooter, 120Hz AMOLED displays, a 50MP multi-cam setup at the rear, MIUI 13 based on Android 12, USB-C 2.0 port, under-display fingerprint sensor, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage, among other functionalities.
The Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X have similar technology, including a 6.28-inch FHD+ display, 50+13+5MP triple back cameras, 4500mAh battery, and 67W rapid charging capabilities. The Xiaomi 12 Series & Xiaomi 12 Pro have excellent hardware, advancing Xiaomi’s unique AI protocols.

Xiaomi 12 Pro and 12X comes in 2 variants with prices starting from USD 999 and 649, while the Xiaomi 12 ships in 3 variants starting at USD 749.
Xiaomi Watch S1 Series
It starts with the Xiaomi Watch S1, a smart wearable that debuted in China late last year with various health and fitness-related capabilities. It comes with a circular dial and a 1.43-inch AMOLED display.
The device is stainless steel with a sapphire glass covering on top. The Watch S1 Active is a sportier model of the ordinary one, with common functions & specs. Both include a similar 2-band multi-model GPS function for precision tracking your daily activities. Aside from that, the gadget has voice assistants and NFC capabilities.
The smartwatches have dual-band GNSS navigation and can accept calls from your connected smartphone through Bluetooth. Both watches have 470mAh batteries that are expected to last up to 12 days on standby.
Users have access to over 117 distinct sports modes to cater to their regular exercise needs regarding health and fitness features. There’s also a heart-rate sensor for continuous monitoring of your heart rate and a SpO2 sensor for measuring blood oxygen levels.
The device can act as water-resistant up to 5ATM & pre-installed with MIUI Watch. The companion app allows users to customize their watches with over 200 watch faces. Moon White, Space Black, and Ocean Blue are the three color options for the Watch S1 Active. The Xiaomi S1 Active comes at USD 199, while the Watch S1 will cost USD 269.
Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro
The Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro features Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which nullifies up to 40 decibels of ambient noise. They have a triple mic system, 10mm dual-magnet dynamic speakers, and LHDC 4.0 compatibility, which can output audio at up to 900 kbps. They also enable the SBC and AAC codecs and multi-device pairing simultaneously.
The buds are dust and water-resistant to IP55 and have a 6-hour battery life that gets enlarged to 24 hrs with the charging case. They may be charged via a USB-C cable or a Qi charger. The Buds 3T Pro will come at $199 apiece.
