Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi Note 11 series, meant to be the company’s classic line of budget-friendly devices that are popular in many countries apart from us.
There are four phones – the elite Redmi Note 11 Pro, Pro 5G, budget-friendly Redmi Note 11 & Note 11S, with few distinctions. Xiaomi is in need of “unique flat-edge posture.” They look like iPhones — and at least two variants share most of the specs.
Xiaomi’s Smart Air Purifier 4 series, which starts at USD 199, was also launched together with the smartphones.
Redmi Note 11 Pro and Pro 5G
The highest-end model, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, packs a 6.7-inch OLED panel featuring a punch hole pattern, with a refresh rate of 120Hz, protected by Gorilla Glass. The smartphone has 8GB RAM and runs on a 5G capacity worth Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 CPU.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro resembles the Pro 5G, except it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset that only offers LTE connectivity. It is built on an outdated 12nm node. Both devices will have inbuilt MIUI 13, based on Android 11. In addition, both phones include hybrid card trays, which allow you to insert a microSD card rather than a second SIM card.

The main back camera presents a 108MP ISOCELL HM2 sensor with 1/1.52″ size, along with a 2 MP macro and 8MP ultra-wide camera. The main camera also makes use of the 9-in-1 pixel binning technology.
A 2MP depth sensor is also included in the 4G variant. 5,000 mAh batteries drive the models along with 67W fast-charging abilities. Other connectivity options are NFC, Wi-Fi 5 (ac), an IR blaster & Bluetooth 5.1.
Redmi Note 11 and Note 11S
Having a 6.43″ AMOLED display, these 2 models are slightly minimal and steep and almost 20g less in weight. They contain a quick refresh rate of 90Hz & 1080pixel of resolution (20:9).
The Redmi Note 11 comes with a Snapdragon 680 chipset, while the Note 11S variant packs the MediaTek Helio G96 processor. Other specifications are similar to the Pro models. The Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro 5G will be launched in February, with prices ranging from $299-349 for 11Pro and $329-379 for Pro 5G models. The Redmi Note 11 will retail at prices ranging from $179 to $229, while the Redmi Note 11S will cost $249 to $299, based on specifications, available from January.
Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Series
The Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Pro is a 3-in-1 filtration solution that utilizes electrostatic charge and mechanical filtration principles to collect 99.97 percent of air pollutants down to 0.3 microns. It is effective against pet dander, cotton fiber, and other contaminants.

It also contains PM2.5 and PM10 sensors for detecting inhalable particles of various sizes. It also contains a new ionizer, which aids in the capture of floating contaminants. It also has a PCADR of 500 cubic meters per hour and an FCADR of 185 cubic meters per hour, corresponding to air filtration of a 40 cubic meter living room in 15 minutes.
The user interface on the Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Pro has also been much enhanced. Its sleek form and low-noise night-time operating mode guarantee that it blends well with owners’ contemporary houses. A clear OLED touch display allows for quick observation of AQI, temperature, and humidity data, as well as slight adjustments with just a few clicks.
Users may also remotely operate the device via the Xiaomi Home App, allowing them to effortlessly schedule cleaning patterns and behavior, set up synchronization with other IoT devices, evaluate filter usage status, and more.
