Samsung has announced their development of the “Industry’s First” LPDDR5X DRAM, expanding the performance parameter, exclusively manufactured to drive further growth throughout.
Samsung claims that the LPDDR5X DRAM can offer high performance at low power consumption, beautifully handling the AI-powered applications “beyond smartphones.”
Based in South Korea, the brand reveals that the new module is a 14-nanometer based 16-gigabit chip, stacked up to 64GB configuration; a low power double data rate 5X DRAM.
The DRAM is built with a configuration to undertake tasks that demand high-speed data processing easily.
