The Event Schedule
The COVID-19 pandemic just bought the entire routine of events to a halt and after two years of waiting, we now have the announcement for PNC 2022. The last PUBG event like this with a live audience was the PUBG GLOBAL Championship. And that took place way back in November 2019.
If we talk about the timeline of the event, then the event is all set to take place from 16 June to 19 June. The location for the event is TRUE ICON Hall in ICONSIAM Mall which is located in Bangkok, Thailand.
The matches for the tournament are going to start at 1:00 PM CEST on all four days. Now, this is obviously new given that it is over two years since PUBG has conducted an event with a live audience. So these countries are bringing in the heat to make sure that the 2022 PNC Cup comes home.
There will be the typical “point rule” structure for PNC 2022. The structure is a combination of elimination points and placement points. Every day, there will be five matches in the event.
That is a total of 20 matches played on Erangel and Miramar. So by the end of the tournament, which is 20 matches, the team that will have the maximum points will become the PNC 2022 winner.
Prize Pool Breakdown
The prize pool of this Esports tournament is a whopping USD 500,000 and the teams to secure the top three positions in the tournament are going to get the following price money:
