The Intel N100 Processor
While we are at it, let’s know about the Intel Procrssoe N100 since Chuwi is highlighting it so much. Despite being from the Alder Lake series, the Intel Core i3-N100 series processors are not high-performance flagship processors.
Instead, this is an entry-level mobile CPU from the Alder Lake-N series. They are mostly for thin and light laptops to give them a decent performance-to-efficiency ratio.
The CPUs do not have performance cores. They are aimed at efficiency, so they come with up to 8x Gracemont Efficient cores for Core i3 N-series processors. These processors also don’t have support for HyperThreading. They can clock up to 3.4GHz. The good thing is that all cores can use up to 6 MB L3 cache.
The test results and real-world performance of these new N100 processors are significantly better than the previous N5105 generation. Even the graphic performance of the processors is quite good for entry-level.
Pricing and More
Chuwi says they will keep the new Chuwi GemiBook xPro under USD 300, which is pretty good pricing for an entry-level laptop. With such excellent pricing, they can get many customers, and if the laptops perform great, they will have a solid customer base.
